    Description

    You're bidding on "Map of the Town of Somerset Massachusetts - With Source of Town Water Supply in Dighton", a giant - 84" x 34" - city map. Appears to be the sixth revision, produced January, 1951. Looks to be the municipal street plan and zoning map - indicates drafted by "H J Harvey - Engineer".
    It's basically a finely drafted line drawn map, probably not created for public distribution. There's some ink streaks in the margin at one end as though it was pulled off a giant mimeograph press. Nice street level detail, though, including size and acreage of some undeveloped lots.
    Note some issues of condition - mainly some discoloration along the creases and a few holes at the crease points - note that one of these holes is a bit larger with some paper loss (see photo), but otherwise minor.
