Vintage Universal Camera Corp 6x30 Government Issue Monocular.
These were made for the government only and were issued to the US Army, Navy, and Central Intelligence Agency. I’ve included the last two photos to show that one exactly like this without the original strap belongs to the national air and space museum and was donated to them by the CIA. The army and navy issued ones usually said the branch of the service on them.
