    Vintage Romanian Binoculars B 7X40 1975 Army Military.
    I’m not 100% positive but I believe these are Romanian military. They do show wear and could use a good cleaning. Rubber parts are cracking in spots. I looked through them and could see well. Glass appears to be in good shape. One of the rubber eye pieces is pulling off a bit. Look at pics, I don’t know much about these and if there’s any missing pieces or not. Sold as-is. Very cool, hard to find binoculars though. Ships quick!
