What is the best approach to get the most out of the Buddy Barrel?
A rough wet trim of your flowers at harvest will set things up for a successful trim in the Buddy Barrel.  You can hang dry for the first few days or the entire drying period.  Some prefer to remove flowers and get them away from the water content in the stems after a few days.  If you can?t take advantage of some sort of humidity-controlled environment, stem snapping is often an effective measure for checking dryness.
How does the Buddy Barrel work?
The concept is simple.  Dried flowers gently roll around/over each other as the drum rotates.  As the flowers rotate around, outside trim is gently sheared away and falls into the bin below for collection.
Whoa, is this harmful?
Harmful in what sense?  If you are looking at our products, you are interested in efficiency and improving your gardening experience.  Nothing is lost in this process, as any trim collected can be purposed based on your needs and desires.  The end product is superior or on-par with other means of flower trimming/trimmers.
Can I expect perfection?
No.  This sort of trimming is not designed to perfectly manicure your flowers.  It is designed for efficiency, and to give you back hours post-harvest.  With that said, you can expect anywhere from 70-85% removal in your final product.
Buddy Barrel Storage:
The entire unit can be disassembled and stored away in the bin, for space-saving purposes.
What sort of warranty do you provide?
We provide a one-year warranty on all parts of the Buddy Barrel, however it is built to last you a lifetime of gardening.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return policy on the Buddy Barrel.  If proper drying procedures are followed, the unit will deliver as intended.
