Small Antique Original 1953 Mirick Plan of Land in Stoneham, Mass.

We are selling four generations’ worth of antique original maps. The time has come to part with hundreds of beautiful historic maps and other original documents from the 1800’s and 1900’s that have been in storage for decades. This surveyor's plan was drawn on Vellum by Warren M. Mirick in 1953. It measures approximately 9" wide x 11" tall and is signed and certified by Warren M. Mirick. The Title Block says,
"Subdivision of Land in Stoneham, Mass. Scale 1" - 40'. June 29, 1953. Warren M. Mirick, Reg. Surveyor, 5 Webster Court, Stoneham, Mass."
and bears the embossed seal of the surveyor.
This plan is in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears, no stray marks, and no foxing, staining or other evidence of age. Please consider the photos carefully as we cannot accept returns on this plan.
