Rare Ron Morris reproduction of Lionel #921 Plot. Three sections that measure approx.. 84” by 31”. The original Lionel version of this is extremely rare and expensive (often going for as much as K), the Ron Morris reproduction is also rare, but more affordable.
This plot can be the centerpiece of your standard gauge layout or collection. Comes with everything shown, was wired for lighting and includes 9 original houses:
3 - 191 Villas Original Lionel, in very good condition
3 - 189 Houses – one in green and mustard which is in very good shape, two in white with black roof, both could use a repaint
3 - 184 bungalows, in very good condition
All houses are attached to the plot via screw as shown in the representative photo.
