This is a new Posiflex 21863218010 cash drawer kick cable to connect Epson (or Epson-compatible) receipt printers to a Posiflex cash drawer.
This cable is 40 inches long with 6-pin RJ-12 male for the printer's DK / drawer kick. The other end is an RJ45 male which connects to the cash drawer port that's usually on the bottom or rear of the drawer.
Note: a 6-wire to 6-pin configuration is called 6P6C with a RJ-12 end, but it's commonly referred to by the similar RJ-11 nomenclature.
