Paychex PX-2000H.  Comes with power supply and wall mount.  They will need to be programmed for your environment.
All of our electronics are shipped with a tamper proof warranty sticker(s).  Do not remove this sticker(s) until you have verified and inspected your item.  This sticker must be on the item and fully intact for any returns.  Please keep box and packing for any DOA or items damaged in shipping as photos of shipping box and label will be requested for insurance purposes.  All shipping both ways is nonrefundable.
