This is a genuine NCR dual cash drawer splitter cable for connecting two 24 volt cash drawers to an NCR point of sale system or receipt printer, such as the RealPOS® XR3 (7613), XR4 (7602), XR5 (7701), XR7 (7702), and P1535 (7761).

look at the pins inside the "CD1" and "CD2" ports in the photos and confirm your drawer cables use gold 6-pin RJ12 ends to go into these 6-pin RJ12 female ports
