The Health Management Resources Program (HMR) is a weight loss system and lifestyle-change program designed to reduce calories via meal replacement with added fruits and vegetables, to reduce calories. These are brand new, unopened packets and meals, stored in a cool dry clean pet-free environment.  They were purchased new from HMR  in March of 2021.
