German  Navy Bundesmarine Battleship Schlachtschiff Gneisenau White Flat Cap 57.  Cap marked inside size 57 with date of 1982.  Battleship Gneisenau was a battleship sunk in WW2.  Not sure if hat is military issued or something made up.  See photos.
