Here are some information you might already know, but just in case..
- The PRO Mask can be used for up to 340 hours depending on the level of pollution it is exposed to. For the average customer this is around 3-6 months of wear.
- Cambridge Masks can be washed with soap and hot water, however, keep in mind that this will not extend the life of the filters. For all the details of the filter lifespan, check out their FAQ page: cambridgemask.com/frequently-asked-questions
* For those looking to purchase Extra Small:
- Cambridge Mask does not offer masks for babies under 1.5 years due to the risk of choking and because younger babies? lungs aren't yet able to overcome resistance when drawing air properly through our filter materials.
- The Extra Small size is indeed very small, and optimally designed for toddlers or tiny children. The adjustable apparatus is too big to fit on the XS mask, therefore we do not produce adjustable XS masks at this time. You may also notice the XS size does not come with a valve for the same reason. This does not usually create any issues as smaller children do not need to exhale as much air as adults.
**Since Cambridge Mask has an exhaust valve, check out the latest CDC guidelines before making the decision.
As someone that wears a CM, Seems there are three options going forward while wearing a mask w/ exhaust valve. (Same goes for other masks with valve like VOG and AIRINUM):
1.
Do not wear a mask with a valve. And good luck out there with non-N95 masks, as per CDC guidelines.
2.
Use the Valve Deactivator sticker. (Not sure if other companies offer that option) But also, remember that you might have to contend with people that might freak out about your "valved" mask while not wearing a mask.
3.
Wear a surgical mask or another covering on top of the Cambridge Mask: to have CM protect you and have the surgical mask filter the exhalation. (Science is still unclear on exhaust valves and aerosol, but do you really want to argue the point with people angered by fear?
Please understand that due to the nature of the product, returns will not be accepted.

***Cambridge Mask offers a 1-year warranty.
However, the seller is responsible for taking care of any warranty issues on behalf of CM: any CM purchased on eBay will have to be serviced by the seller.
The buyer will have to contact the seller for warranty.

Any use of Cambridge Mask that does not comply with its expected or recommended use or with safety guidelines
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, corrosion flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
Damage following poor maintenance of Cambridge Mask by the user or attempt to repair or modify it
Natural wear and tear;
Accessories and consumable components (such as strap) unless they are the main subject of the order;
Cosmetic damage, including scratches;
Damage caused by use with another product;
The fact that the use of Cambridge Mask will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Let's hope you never have to contact us for warranty issues, but unexpected things can happen, and when it does, we'll be there for you ;)
