Being offered a hard to find 3.91 lsd differential off a 1981 320I with an adapter kit (re drilled flanges, spacers and longer needed bolts)  and the super strong, better built (unlike the older, weaker factory spool),  **E36 spool Strongest differential for your 2002**.  I have rebuilt this differential with new bearings and seals all around, perfect mate for the 5 speed manual conversion, do not miss out, getting hard to find..
This differential turns real smooth,  adapter kit included ( no need to hustle adapting parts needed) , add the rear cover from your 2002 and seal it, fill it up with the fluid of your choice (75-90 synthetic is recommended) direct bolt on to your classic bimmer !
