Light Weight and Easy to Install Barn Quilt, Printed vinyl adhered to corrugated pvc. Made at purchase.The quilt block is printed on vinyl with a high-speed wide format printer using outdoor ink. Mounted on a 10 mm corrugated plastic (thicker than 3/8 inch) it is for all locations, even those with extreme weather. These materials are used in outdoor signage and their light weight and durability make them a great option for a barn quilt.
Mounting instructions are included but no mounting hardware or screws are provided. Mount directly to your barn or building. Use screws made for your building’s material, i.e. screws for wooden walls or screws made for metal walls. Drill screws slowly through the quilt and into the barn.
Standard sizes are: 2ftx2ft, 3ftx3ft and 4ftx4ft. Custom sizes can be requested. Contact us if you are unsure which size to purchase. If you can send a picture of your barn and specify a dimension of a door or side, we will show you how the different sized quilts appear on your barn as well as an option of hanging it on “point” if it exists.
Each quilt is laminated with an UV protective film.
To reduce shipping damages the 4'x4' and 3'x3' quilts are shipped “folded”. Unpack these quilts as soon as they arrive. Instruction are included.
