No Legal Recourse:

Pick Up/Shipping
Buyer's Responsibility:
The Buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of the purchased vehicle within 10 days following the close of the auction.
Transaction Cancellation:
If the vehicle is not picked up within the specified 10-day period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction. In such a case, the Buyer will receive a refund minus a relist and restocking fee.
Scheduling Pick-Up:
The Buyer must schedule an appointment to pick up the vehicle. Access to the yard or the vehicle will not be granted until the full payment has been received and cleared.
No Shipping:
Please note that the Seller does not provide shipping services. All transactions are based on local pick-up only.
