Based on our findings, we believe this map dates to the latter half of 1860.
We base this on:
1. The first edition/first printing of this map (in 1860) had the page/plate number within the floral border. Here, the "17" is outside the border (top-right).
2. City ward names are not included (a feature of later maps).

Center of bottom edge: Minor chip
Crease traveling from top-left corner to center of top edge
Right edge: Crease 1/3 of the way down
Right edge: Minor unevenness (see Additional Note 1 below)

Main area: A few minor discolorations/stains which do not distract/detract

1. Previous owner trimmed right edge. Minor unevenness detected along right edge's top half.
